At the end of the dock there is a boat.
But in the side of the boat there is a hole.
That hole is never going to be fixed.
And it’s never going away.
So, get a new boat, right?
You can’t get a new boat.
Because this is your boat.
All you can do is bail water out of the boat faster than it comes into the boat.
So, remember
If you want to transform your future, your purpose, and your organization, remember the boat at the end of the dock. The one with the hole in it.
Realize that your journey will never be perfect and it will never be easy.
Be like those who keep their boats afloat with tenacity, hope and faith.
Be brave
Be brave continuously.
Bail away. Never give up.
